- Safety and Responsibility: Firearms training involves inherent risks. PPT emphasizes safety in all aspects of its training, but participants must assume full responsibility for their actions during and after training. Proper handling, storage, and use of firearms remain the participant’s sole responsibility.
- No Guarantee of Outcomes: While PPT provides high-quality training, the ability to effectively apply these skills in real-life scenarios depends on individual capability, practice, and circumstances. PPT makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, including but not limited to the prevention of harm or successful self-defense.
- Compliance with Laws: All participants are responsible for understanding and complying with local, state, and federal laws related to firearms ownership, possession, and use. PPT does not provide legal advice and encourages participants to seek qualified legal counsel if they have questions about firearms laws.
- Limitations of Training: PPT’s courses focus on basic firearms handling, safety, and personal protection strategies. Advanced tactical training or law enforcement/military-grade instruction is not offered.
- Assumption of Risk: By participating in training sessions, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with firearms training, including physical injury, property damage, and emotional distress. PPT, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any claims arising from participation in our courses.
