By accessing and using the Proactive Precision Training (“PPT”) website, services, or training programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.


2. Description of Services

PPT provides comprehensive training services, including:

    • Basic and Intermediate Pistol Shooting Training: Covering firearm safety, handling, shooting techniques, and maintenance.

    • ‘Refuse To Be A Victim’ Courses: Focused on personal safety and crime prevention strategies.

Our services are designed for individuals aged 18-80, and all sessions are conducted in person at our training locations within North Carolina. By enrolling in our courses, you confirm you meet the age requirements and understand the nature of the training.


3. Registration and Payment

    • Registration:
      Participants must complete the registration process, providing accurate and up-to-date information. Failure to provide accurate information may result in the cancellation of your registration.

    • Payment:
      All course fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. We accept secure payment methods, and PPT will store no financial data.


4. Cancellation and Refunds

    • Cancellation by Participant:
        • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.

        • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the course start date are not eligible for a refund, though rescheduling may be considered based on availability.

        • Participants who fail to attend the session without prior notice (no-shows) will not receive refunds or rescheduling options.

    • Cancellation by PPT:
        • PPT reserves the right to cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, instructor illness). In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

    • Refund Process:
      Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method used during registration.


5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment:

    • Safety First: Follow all safety protocols and instructions provided by instructors.

    • Respect: Treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect.

    • Compliance: Comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding firearm possession, handling, and use.

Failure to adhere to these standards may result in immediate removal from the training session without a refund.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on the PPT website, training materials, and course content, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and logos, are the intellectual property of PPT. Participants are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works without prior written consent from PPT.


7. Safety and Liability

    • Safety Acknowledgment:
      By participating in PPT training sessions, participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with firearms training and agree to follow all safety protocols.

    • Assumption of Risk:
      Participants assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during training sessions.

    • Limitation of Liability:
      PPT shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in training sessions to the fullest extent permitted by law.


8. Privacy Policy

9. Changes to Terms

PPT reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Continued use of our website and services is considered acceptance of the modified terms.


10. Force Majeure

PPT shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, fire, strikes, labor disputes, riots, natural disasters, or government actions.


11. No Guarantee

PPT makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or skill levels achieved through training. Services will be provided in a professional and industry-standard manner, but individual results will depend on the participant’s effort, understanding, and adherence to training principles.


12. Other Restrictions

    • Age Restrictions: Participants must be between 21 and 75 years old.

    • ID Requirements: A valid government-issued photo ID is required to participate in all training sessions.

    • Legal Compliance: Participants must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding firearms.


13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed according to the laws of the state of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.


14. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Proactive Precision Training (PPT) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions on our website. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the latest changes.

It is the participant’s responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions for updates or changes periodically. Continued use of our website and services or participation in training sessions following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

If the Terms and Conditions are significantly changed, PPT may provide additional notice, such as an email notification or a prominent announcement on our website.
